Just a 6 minute drive to Garstang and 25 to 20 mins to Preston. From 20 th December 2026 onwards or 1st Jan.2027 .
This room has a ensuite with a bath and over bath shower, WC and basin. Fully furnished with desk.
This room is perfect for Myerscough college, or Preston and Lancaster university staff. Or other workers on contracts in the surrounding areas for example, United Utilities. BAE systems and Murphy contractors.
I would also consider a working single person or couple awaiting a house completion date. Please ask for details of fee.

My lodgers have a permanent home to return to, weekend or holidays when they want and highly recommend the peace and tranquility after a day's work.

Part-time Lodgers can are resident for the working week Monday teatime to Friday morning / or any 5 day shift for £140 per week including room clean, bedding and towel change.
Full time means the room is available as and when required including weekends. The room is cleaned and towels and bedding changed once a week, by arrangement. £165. Per week.
Full kitchen with various workspaces and equipment.
Not suitable for night shift workers . I welcome hybrid working for a maximum of 2 to 3 days .
Includes allocated off road parking.
