It situated 10 minutes from Victoria Hospital, Stanley Park, Poulton and Blackpool. The bedroom will be furnished with double bed, wardrobes and drawers and TV. The house has 1 bathroom with a downstairs WC as well.
I have a long term lodger occupying one of the rooms. The room available is the front facing main double bedroom. My preference would be for a professional male/female. To note no overnight guests permitted - this is agreement for the lodger only.
It is well equipped with everything needed to simply move in - you could have use of most accessories within the home.
I am a clean and tidy person and so I would expect the housemate to be respectful and endeavour to maintain their areas suitably.
