If you are not working or under 25 you will need a Guarantor who is working.

All proposed Tenants will need to provide details:

Bank details, from where the rent is to be paid which must be by Standing Order. 2 payslips or bank statements that show your wage.

All Tenants and Guarantors, (if needed) will need to provide ideally photo I. D. and proof of address. All Tenants and Guarantors who are working and will have to sign and be party to a Minimum SIX month Tenancy Agreement.
