Please note that this property is not in Preston itself. It is in a small town called WESHAM which is next to KIRKHAM. The postcode is PR4 3BH so you can check exactly where it is. ALDI is walking distance, as is Morrisons.

The house is tucked away extremely quiet street and is itself, a very peaceful property, The kitchen is well appointed with washer, two fridges and freezers. There is an adjoining lounge with TV, WIFI and a shared shower-room.

The first floor room has a double bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers.
