We have FANTASTIC NEW LOVELY ROOMS in a recently, fully renovated property which is in prime location of LE2.

Modern and friendly property conveniently located in a fabulous location of the LE2, off Aylestone rd, which is 20 mins walk to LRI and 25 mins walk to University of Leicester and City Centre.

A little about the room and the house:

The property has been recently refurbished giving it a clean and modern ambience.

- We have a large brand new kitchen/breakfast diner with all the modern facilities.

- We have two bathrooms .

The house is designed in a way which doesn’t encourage full on party house but respectfulness to other housemates.. We hold a strict policy in the communal areas and expect everyone to clean up after themselves straight away so its fair on everyone else who want to use a clean and tidy kitchen which keeps our housemates happy :-)

We would be looking for likeminded people and accept all professionals and we would consider mature student over 21.

Most importantly we have been specialising in houseshares for nearly 25 years!!
We are hands on and ensure cleanliness and quiet guest. We have a high service level with a cleaner TWICE A WEEK to maintain a high level of cleanliness and our own maintenance person to rectify any problems that should arise. We do our best endeavours to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with added attention to details.
