Lovely room close to Centre/LRI in aylestone

We currently have a lovely room in the Aylestone area on Aylestone rd. Its a great location and 20 minutes walk to centre and the Leicester royal infirmary.

We have a lovely room available, brand new carpet, bed and furniture. The house is clean and peaceful where we are looking for quiet and considerate housemates who want an independent feel.

This would ideally suit people who want a quiet and considerate household and looking for something on a budget with a more independent feel and more times then not just want there own space.

The room isinclusive of all bills even broadband. We have a cleaner who visits weekly also.

We have been established nearly 25 years so we are hands on :-) please note we are private landlords and not an agent.

Its a lovely part of leicester and bus routes and main links to city centre and motorways.
