I have a furnished double bedroom for rent in a house located in Braunstone Town, conveniently situated just off Narborough Road and within walking distance of Fosse Park.

There is also driveway space available for tenants with their own vehicle. The driveway can take one car and there is on-road parking space for a second car. There is a small garden space that could be used if needed.

The accommodation includes the double bedroom, a shared living room and kitchen. The property has two bathrooms of which the upstairs bathroom (right next to the double bedroom) will be almost solely for the tenant. There is an extra fridge freezer which will solely be for the tenant. There is potentially some storage space available too.

I live with my husband who is a student at Leicester University, and I work for a local council. We have two cockapoo dogs, so a love for pets is essential. However, we are unable to accept additional pets of any kind.

Included in the rent of £500 per calendar month are the broadband, gas, water, electricity and council tax bills.
