I own a decent sized 4 bed house in a beautiful location in Burbage, Leics. It’s very close to the M69 and A5 so travel is easy in any direction so it’s a perfect location for commuting and the train station is also only 15 minutes walk. I live away so it’s sharing with one other. It’s pretty and well situated in the centre of the thriving village of Burbage. Local pubs and restaurants are brilliant. All bills are included.

The current lodger has shared the house with me, or looked after it while I’ve worked away. He’s quiet, educated and respectful.
