I am looking for a mature, clean, quiet, professional housemate, No smoking or vaping in the house, vaping allowed inside your room and outside property. Must be okay living with dogs as I have 3 small/medium sized dogs who are very friendly.

Occasional overnight guests allowed.

There is a common dining room, Lounge and kitchen and 1 large bathroom that has a shower and a separate bath. Outside is a large garden with patio area that can be used for BBQ. The common areas in the house are maintained weekly and the garden is also maintained regularly.
