We are a lively household, Theres me, retired Engineer, love motorbikes and cars, my 2 sons, Adam just finished his degree, loves gaming and music, Luke stil in the middle of his degree loves fitness and body building and the two ladies are mother and daughter from Ukraine. we work at different times so there is coming and going with the associated house noises. There are 3 dogs who get on great with everyone, although, being dogs, they do bark now and then so they just add to the general life in house. Generally we try to settle down about 10pm and stay quite as much as possible until 7am.

We prefer female, mostly because we have two main bathrooms, so my sons and I use one bathroom and and our lovely female guests use their own bathroom (and it has a bath as well as a shower).

Available room is large attic room with a good amount of storage. All new mattresses and bedding. There is a 42" smart TV. The room is offered with high speed internet and all bills. There is parking space available in the drive.

There is a common dining room, Lounge and kitchen and 1 large bathroom that has a shower and a separate bath. Outside is a large garden with patio area that can be used for BBQ. The common areas in the house are maintained weekly and the garden is also maintained regularly.
