King Sized Room in Ravenstone

Hi,

The ad is Female only I'm afraid as the other tenants are Female, the previous tenant was also Female and it keeps everyone safe, happy and secure. My Girlfriend also visits rarely at weekends or otherwise i'm at hers fyi.

To make it clear we are only taking people who clean up after themselves and are respectful to the others in the house i. e. not leaving dishes for others to put away or not cleaning pots properly

I'm a live in landlord (top floor, en suite) currently renting out the 3 rooms on the middle floor of the house where there is a shared Bathroom.

The other 2 rooms are both rented by Female tenants who are very clean, quiet and sociable, 1 works 5 days a week on shifts, the other works 4 days.

The room has a King Size bed with a soft/medium mattress, plenty of storage, you have a shared Bathroom that also has plenty of storage, in the kitchen you have a shared fridge/freezer and a large cupboard to yourself, and several shelves in the pantry, aswell as shared cupboard space for things like spices, drinks etc.

Garden was re done in 2023, and has a fire pit that I occasionally use, plenty of room to sunbathe, relax, or make your own fire.

Lounge has a large TV and has all Channels, TV series, Movies etc. But can be slow at times depending on how in demand the Movie you're trying to watch is.

Parking is pretty limited so if you drive there is a couple spots within 50m of the front door, we are next to the M1, M42 meaning you can get to Leicester (25min) Nottingham (35min) and Birmingham (45min)
