Large double room, Recently refurbished!!

I have someone going to be leaving soon, so the room has became available for some lucky person.

The large rooms with alot of space come with it's own key and lock. Double bed wardrobe etc. All bills included - WiFi, water, council tax, gas and electric.

There is a living room sofa/dinning room (not in the picture forgot to take one with sofa in it), kitchen and bathroom.

The house has very recently been renovated with new paint and brand new carpets etc, new bathroom and 2 fridges to help with storage of food as I know what people in shared spaces want as I loved in them for years.

Very rarely any more then 2 people, normally you will have the house to yourself. So, perfect for people who don't want to share with alot of people and like some peace and quiet with the odd social chat.

Very relaxed house and perfect for a male of female looking for a room

No drugs or illegal stuff allowed at all.
