This is a four-room shared house, so it's a small household rather than a large one - fewer people sharing the kitchen and bathroom than in some of our bigger properties. Laundry facilities are shared across the house rather than in individual rooms.

The Crescent is about a minute's walk, the town centre around four minutes, and Hinckley Railway Station about nine minutes on foot, with direct trains to Leicester and Birmingham. For drivers, Triumph Motorcycles and Harrowbrook Industrial Estate are both roughly a five-minute drive, which works well if you're employed at either.
