💸 Rent and Contributions

Monthly rent: £450 per calendar month for one male tenant. This rate reflects the size of the room and the live‑in arrangement.

Deposit: A £250 refundable deposit is required to secure the room.

Social media: We’d welcome someone with social‑media experience to volunteer for the landlord’s charity, but this is optional. There is no obligation to contribute; the low rent is not contingent on the role.

Shared areas: Kitchen and bathroom are shared between housemates. All appliances are in good working order.

Environment: We value cleanliness, respect and quiet. no alcohol, drugs or unapproved overnight guests.

Parking: On‑street parking is available.

Location: Netherhall Road, LE5 — close to shops, bus routes and the local mosque. It’s an easy commute for professionals or students.

Availability: The room is available immediately.
