There's private parking. Bathroom and kitchen are shared.

The place is being renovated!! So while your room will be clean and dust free, some parts of the rest of the house definitely wont be!

It's a 4 bed house with a garage and a pretty big garden and just me living in it so I am hoping to fill it up a bit with the presence of someone else. I have a log burner!! It should be a cozy winter! In exchange of the free accomodation Id like to learn something from you, wether its a language (I am currently interested in learning spanish! I know italian already so it shouldnt be too hard) or a skill, like cooking, I am a terrible cook. Or could be anything else of your choice!

Bills would be split between me and you.

Short stays only, probably up to 6 months max, maaaaaybe longer.

I prefer someone similar age to me, no smokers or drinkers. I completely fine with pets, especially if it's a cat!
