We have a double room on the middle floor at the front of the house, complete with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, freshly painted and new carpet that is available immediately .

The house has 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, one tenant has their own en suite room and there is an extra toilet downstairs. There is a shared living area with Flat screen TV and sofa's, kitchen with a fridge and freezer.

The bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, drawers and beds. TV points in every room.


Utilities are included in the rent which inlcude: council tax, gas, electric, water rates, wireless broadband.

The washing machine and dryer are not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected, the dryer is £1 for 40 mins

The house is a great location for buses into the town center (5 min away) it has good road links and is near Abbey Park. There are local shops within 5 minutes walk

There is beautiful patio ideal for BBQs and a great garden to enjoy the evenings.
