Hey, I currently have some brand new Boutique en-suite rooms available for professional or mature post-grad student.

I’m looking for someone who is peaceful to live with but also enjoys a balance of socialising and having your own space.

We are minutes walk from all amenities, including LRI, DMU and city centre.

The property is located around the corner from bede park which leads on to some lovely canal walks, coffee shops, cocktail bars and restaurants.

I would love to be able to have a lodger who I can get on with, the odd glass of wine in the evenings and cocktails on the occasional weekends :-)
