I am a live in land-lady, seeking a lodger to share my home. The very spacious, king size room is located at LE3 0SA. It is an ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle, on a quiet residential street but also just a short walk to the city centre, shops, bars and restaurants on Braunstone Gate. Tesco Superstore is the nearest supermarket.

The 3 bed terrace is a quiet, friendly and respectful set up, the neighbours either side are also quiet. This is not a party house so would suit a like minded quiet, tidy professional, I would consider a mature student and the room is equipment with a desk and office chair.

The rent includes ALL bills ( gas, elec, water and broadband). Shared bathroom, kitchen and dining room.

If you are a clean and respect professional then this could be the home for you. Short term lets would be ideal.
