🚔Illegal Substances or Drugs = Zero Tolerance If we suspect drugs or illegal activity, the police will be notified and all guests will be removed.

🎉 No Parties or Unapproved Gatherings - No parties are allowed. Unapproved guests or parties will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

🚫 No Wedding & Event Policy - Strictly no wedding-related stays (including bridesmaids)
