Yours is one of five rooms total. The household is a mixture of genders, ages and occupations. Strictly non-smoking only.
You and three other tenants have shared cooking and washing machine facilities as well as the use of a living room on the ground floor.
There is a small front garden and a backyard which are regularly maintained by a landscaper.
