🌞 I am currently a live-in landlord. I spend many weekends (and weeks), away on adventures, mainly climbing, scrambling, hiking, studying & occasionally skiing. I am friendly, respectful and mature.
This year I hope to have a camper van to simplify climbing adventures and spend more weekends away on adventure sports.
The camper van will also be available for housemates to rent below market price.
💥 Ambience: I nurture a friendly, mature and relaxed ambience. Somehow I usually find friendly, caring, mature and happy go lucky housemates.

Super Fast Fibre & powerful WiFi - Works in every room and garden
Parking is excellent in this area. We have wide roads & no parking restrictions. It’s usually easy to park within 30 meters of the house.

Friends & Partners. It’s fine to invite a partner or friends for dinner and stop overs, you can even reserve a kitchen time for a romantic dinner. As friendly housemates we make ourselves scarce on special occasions.

Home Gym: 6 main functions. Hanging bar, multi grip pull up bar.
Yoga Mats, TRX kit, stretchy bands, multiple weight dumbbells
Large screen TV-Video for movie nights or yoga/gym sessions or YouTube videos.
Garden Space & Vegetable Garden
The rear garden is quiet and private with a sunny aspect from noon until mid-evening.
Garden tables, barbeque and chairs for reading, relaxing, yoga, etc.
I am planning a sheltered outdoor eating area suitable for year round use in cooler months.
I have a reasonable sized area for vegetable growing. I have lots of equipment and nurture organic soil. I also buy organic vegetables every year for planting. Anyone who helps out with planting, watering and care of the vegetable garden is welcome to harvest a share of the food.
Housemates can also have their own space to grow vegetables, although preferably organic! 😍

Abbey park - a 15 minute walk to this large and beautiful park with canal and river walks in several directions.
City centre 1 mile - 15 minute walk
5 local gyms, mostly very reasonable prices from about £12 p/m
Several gyms have Sauna & Steam room, Jacuzzi, Swimming pool + quality Climbing & Bouldering

This room may soon have access to an ensuite bathroom, plus optional extra storage if wanted.
Bills
All bills fully included. Includes cleaning liquid, washing materials, towels, even dishwasher tablets.
Council Tax Band E, also included in the price.
