Council Tax is not included and bi-weekly professional cleaning is not included. We have taken a Unlimited Energy & Broadband bills bundle contract to avoid Energy price hikes due to war etc! and to stay fair & also hire professional Cleaners to maintain the house cleanliness & reduce our hustle in maintaining it.
