About Us & House Culture:
We are a group of three friendly, tidy professionals/students moving into the house between August 22nd–25th ( Can be earlier than that if needed) . We’re looking for a like minded, easy-going professional 4th flatmate to join our home!
Bills: Estimated at £150–£200/month per person (covers Energy, Council Tax, High-Speed Broadband, and bi-weekly professional cleaning). We’ll be using a bill management app to keep things simple and fair & also hire professional Cleaners to maintain the house cleanliness & reduce our hustle in maintaining it.
