I have a lovely double room available in my home, and I’m looking for a friendly, respectful person to share with me.

I’m a woman in my late 40s and I’m pretty independent. I’m hardly ever at home, as I’m usually out and about working, climbing or hiking, so the house is generally a quiet and relaxed place to come home to.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished — completely up to you, and there is wardrobe space within the room.

💷 Rent: £410 per month
Gas & electricity are split 50/50, so this can fluctuate from month to month. At the moment, the average is around £90 per month.

The house is kept clean and tidy, and there are cleaning products available for you to use, which are included in the rent.
