Large Furnished Room + En Suite in House Share

I have a Double Furnished Bedroom in my personal house located on Minehead Street, Leicester LE3 0SJ.

The room is located on the first floor and is furnished with basic furniture, including a Double Bed + Mattress, Wardrobe, Bed Side Table and Chest of Drawers.

The upstairs bathroom is next to the bedroom, it has a shower, bath, toilet and sink. This will be for you only to use as I have a separate bathroom.

The picture of the bedroom is an old image and not the cleanest (my old roommate was a bit messy). Take a look at the video for a current representation of what the room will look like when you arrive. I will ensure the house is cleaned properly prior to you moving in!

Downstairs there is a Lounge, Dining Area, Kitchen and a large Garden. The downstairs Bathroom has a Washing Machine and Dryer. You are welcome to use all of these.

The price is all inclusive of all bills (including Utility Bills, Council Tax and Wifi which I pay for).

The street outside the house is free parking and there is plenty of space if you have your own vehicle. The house is 5min drive or 20min walk to Leicester City Centre

If you would like to view the property you are very welcome! I am open to people staying on both a short and long term basis. It would be just the two of us living in the property.
