We have a large dble furnished Attic rm available in a friendly sociable professional house. To share with 3 other female professional, friendly, clean housemates who have created a home, not just a room in a shared house.

We would like the new tenant to be a like minded person, fun, friendly, clean and tidy, who wants to live in a sociable and friendly house.
We all enjoy getting together to have a good catch up, cook, bake and drink. Plus we also appreciate our own space. We also enjoy the occasional drink and social, after a hard week of work.
