We have a large room fully furnished available in a modern and friendly houseshare who are professionals and considerate.

This property is very spacious with modern decor.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the west end located only 15 mins walk to city centre and 10 mins to tesco/braunstone gate and bede island business park. We have a cleaner twice a week who cleans the communal areas to maintain highest standards of cleanliness at all times.

A little about the housemates:

The housemates are all professionals from around the ages of 25 and above. The housemates are friendly, considerate and clean up after themselves so a like minded individual would be more then welcome.

The property is spacious, clean and modern with a lounge, lovely modern kitchen, A full bathroom and another spacious luxury shower room. It also has a well maintained back yard for the rare summer bbq's!

A little about us:

Most importantly we are private landlords who have been specialising in houseshares for over 20years!! We are hands on and ensure selecting compatible and appropriate housemates to fit in with current housemates. We have a high service level with a cleaner twice a week and our own maintenance person to rectify any problems that should arise. We do our best endeavours to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with added attention to details.
