We have a double room upstairs at the front of the house complete with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with vanity unit.

Secure a room with a £90 holding deposit, remainder of deposit to be paid 24 hours prior to moving in and 1st month’s rent to be paid in full on the day of moving in.

This property has a large patio and garden. The house has 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, and an additional toilet. Also 3 tenants have their own en suite so there are plenty of facilities.

There is a shared area with TV and sofa's. The kitchen has two cookers and a three large fridge freezers. There is a separate utility room with two washing machines and a dryer. The bedrooms are all furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and beds.

Utilities are included in the rent which inlcude: council tax, gas, electric, water rates, wireless broadband.

The washing machine is not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected, the dryer is free of charge.

The house is in a great location for buses into the town centre (10 min away) or road links A46/M1. There is a shopping centre with large Tesco 5 mins away and there is a beautiful garden (with woodlands behind) to enjoy the evenings and weekends.
