We have NO HIDDEN FEES - A house which has been refurbished throughout, provides comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people.

With fully refurbished individual double (sized) bedrooms, we have fitted two new bathrooms, a new kitchen diner, new hard wired fire alarm system, fire doors to all bedrooms and communal areas and new flooring throughout. There is an additional "spare" room to the 1st floor which is used as communal space and features an INTERNET SMART TV. The spacious fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, individual cupboard space, and breakfast bar with seating.

The bedroom which is available is furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe/hanger, sofa, chest of drawers and fitted window blinds/curtains.

A coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer is also installed and available within the main kitchen area (approx. £2 a wash - only extra charge). ALL utility bills (to include council tax) are included as part of the monthly rent, VIRGIN MEDIA WI-FI is also included at no extra charge. Outside is a small garden area, with some storage available i. e. for push bike etc. The house operates a strict no-smoking policy.

Rooms are secured on a first come basis with payment of deposit securing the room, deposits will be registered in a Government registered scheme - paperwork will be issued. Monthly rent will be due at the start of each month paid by standing order. The property is located just minutes from the City centre, just off Fosse Rd, Central.
