Im the owner, I live locally and like to offer a service not just a house.

Im a Member of DASH (formerly East Midlands Landlord Association) for many years now which ensure a high standard of landlordship
I also work with Lough Uni accommodation services for other houses I rent out to further ensure I meet their stringent standards to provide….
Safe, secure, good quality, & relaxed accommodation in an informal & friendly way.

It would be my advice that wherever you may choose to live, meet the landlord face to face before committing!
I live 10mins away from my properties so I can respond to any issues personally.
I do my own house improvement & maintenance so can offer quick fixes without the delay of waiting for a tradesman.
However, if I’m not available, I have reliable tradesmen who also live locally to deal with any house related issues in the unlikely event they are needed.
I have a day job supporting IT systems
In my spare time I love to walk and cycle… and ballroom/salsa dancing
If you bump into me in a Loughborough bar- Come and say hi, and you may get a free drink ;)

Deposit: I ask for £200 per person, which will be kept in a Deposit Protection Scheme.
Theres a free coffee & slice of cake when we meet to sign contracts

After 6months into your stay, i like to check the house & garden is in order ... if everything clean & tidy and rents up to date, I will treat the house to a FREE Beer & Pizza one evening of your choosing! :)

This is a high quality house share, so ideally looking for 2nd, 3rd year students, PHD, Masters degree, work placements, international students etc. & working professionals but all welcome to view!
