A refundable deposit equivalent to five weeks’ rent, returned at the end of the tenancy (subject to terms).

Option 2: No Deposit (Reposit)
Reposit is an alternative to a cash deposit. Instead of paying a traditional deposit, you pay a non-refundable fee equivalent to one week’s rent (subject to a minimum of £150).
