A very quiet, clean, stable household where everyone gets on well. Gas centrally heated with Virgin broadband. All bills except electricity included.
The kitchen is large with lots of storage and 2 fridge freezers. The living room is cosy and homely.
The room is upstairs at the rear of the house. it is light and bright. It’s a relatively small room, but has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
The house is located just 7-8 minutes walk from town. About 12 minutes walk to the railway station. The near side of the university campus is about 25 minutes walk. One of the girls works at the Uni and cycles in every day.
This is a none smoking house.
The house has a current gas safety certificate and Electrical safety report.
I am a private landlord who has worked with rental property for more than 20 years.
Minimum 6 month contract. Deposit always protected with the DPS.
