All girl friendly house close to town. Quiet Clean

Sharing with 3 girls aged 30-40.
Ana, Spanish working at the Uni, Shumi, a masters graduate working in law. Gayu a PhD student. The girls have said they would prefer to share with another female.

A very quiet, clean, stable household. Gas centrally heated with Virgin broadband.
Gas, water, council tax and broadband bills included. Electric not included.

The kitchen is large with lots of storage and 2 fridge freezers. The living room is cosy and homely.

The room is the upstairs middle bedroom of the house. It is light and bright with 2 windows. It has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers

The house is located just 7-8 minutes walk from town. About 12 minutes walk to the railway station. The near side of the university campus is about 25 minutes walk. One of the girls works at the Uni and cycles in every day, one of the girls, completing a PhD at the Uni takes the bus.

This is a none smoking house.

The house has a current gas safety certificate and Electrical safety report. The property has a current Property rental licence issued by Charnwood Borough Council.

I am a private landlord who has worked with rental property for more than 20 years.

Minimum 6 month contract. Deposit always protected with the DPS.
