Hello, my name is Namita. I live with my nearly 4-year-old daughter in a quiet area of Loughborough in a spacious 4-bedroom detached home. We are looking for a considerate and respectful female (student or professional) who would genuinely appreciate sharing a calm family home.

The property is approximately a 30-minute walk to Loughborough University and Loughborough town centre.

Local amenities are very convenient:
• Aldi, Costa Coffee, Subway and Greggs are within a 5-minute walk.
• Tesco Extra, local pharmacy, McDonald’s, One Stop, Domino’s and other local shops are within around 15 minutes’ walk.

A few important points about the home:
• This is a family household with a young child, so there is naturally some noise. Our day usually starts early (around 4–5am), so it would best suit someone comfortable with an early morning routine.
• The property is fitted with security cameras and an alarm system for safety.
• No beef or pork to be cooked or stored in the house.
• Cooking times will be agreed to ensure the kitchen is shared smoothly and respectfully.
• If you have a bicycle, storage can be arranged for an additional charge.
• Cleanliness, mutual respect and consideration are very important.

All bills are included in the advertised weekly rent.
