Room available in 2-bedroom flat with own bathroom (bath/shower). Shared use of hall, open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Use of washing machine/tumble-dryer, induction hob, double oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine etc. included. Spacious room furnished with double bed, desk, office chair, clothes rail, chest of draws, bookcase etc.

Use of communal co-working area, gym, small pool and canalside garden with loungers and barbecue facilities included. Concierge service 9-5 Monday-Friday. Room is on 3rd floor of a high-spec building, completed in 2022 in very close proximity to Loughborough railway station and bus stop to university. Approx. 25 minute walk to students' union building, approx. 12 minute walk to town centre.

This is a student only let, (flatshare with 4th year architecture student) which would suit a studious individual, particularly a post-grad student. Rent is all inclusive, though note that there is currently no television - you are welcome to bring your own, but you are responsible for maintaining an up to date TV licence.

Parking space may be available by negotiation.

Flatshare is with quiet 4th-year student who ideally is seeking a responsible student, particularly one toward the end of their degree, or an international student.
