There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. There is also a bathroom with a shower and separate utility space with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The fully furnished kitchen includes a high top breakfast counter, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer shelves for each person as well as allocated cupboard spaces. There’s a separate small lounge room downstairs which can be used for tv/gaming, yoga, reading, etc.

The back garden is very big. There is a patio area with a bench and separate stone area with space for 6 cars to park. The back garden can be accessed through a side gate from the front of the house, through the kitchen patio doors or through a double car entry gate at the back of the garden. There are bicycle locking points attached to the side and back of the house. There is also a big watertight metal shed for storage, gardening, bikes, etc. The front of the house is private with a large hedge. There is a gate to enter into the front of the house where the bins are kept.

Each person pays a different amount of monthly rent depending on the room size to try keep it fair but all rooms have a double bed. The rent includes all bills and a quarterly professional clean of the property. Band C Council Tax is not included in the rent but the cost would be shared between tenants accordingly.

In terms of the area, there’s a corner shop, ATM, and several takeaways literally 2 minutes walk away as well as a Morrisons and Lidl supermarket close by. Takeaway ms McDonald’s and Pizza Hut are a 15 minute walk from the house. It takes between 20-30 minutes walk to get into the town centre depending which way you go. And it’s a 10 minute walk to the university students union. The house is very close to several bus stops. And only a 7 minute drive to the train station.
