Semi-detached house spread over 958 square feet which has been rented out to postgraduate students or young working professionals since 2013 to provide affordable living opportunities.

Downstairs
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. There is also a bathroom with a shower and separate utility space with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The fully furnished kitchen includes a high top breakfast counter, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer shelves for each person as well as allocated cupboard spaces. There’s a separate small lounge room downstairs which can be used for tv/gaming, yoga, reading, etc.

Upstairs
The other 4 bedrooms (ranging in size) are upstairs as well as 2 more bathrooms, one with a shower. There is a sofa and communal area on the landing as well as a built in storage cupboard for extra toiletries, an ironing board, iron etc. The available room is upstairs.

Outdoors
The back garden is very big. There is a patio area with a bench and separate stone area with space for 6 cars to park. The back garden can be accessed through a side gate from the front of the house, through the kitchen patio doors or through a double car entry gate at the back of the garden. There are bicycle locking points attached to the side and back of the house. There is also a big watertight metal shed for storage, gardening, bikes, etc. The front of the house is private with a large hedge. There is a gate to enter into the front of the house where the bins are kept.

Other information
The house, including bedrooms, comes fully furnished (all kitchen stuff included too such as plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave etc.) So you wouldn’t need to bring anything but of course you would be welcome to if you wanted. All bedrooms can lock and the cupboards, fridges and freezers are allocated and labelled. Each person pays a different amount of monthly rent depending on the room size to try keep it fair but all rooms have a double bed. The rent includes all bills and a quarterly professional clean of the property. Band C Council Tax is not included in the rent but the cost would be shared between tenants accordingly.

Location
In terms of the area, there’s a corner shop, ATM, and several takeaways literally 2 minutes walk away as well as a Morrisons and Lidl supermarket close by. Takeaway ms McDonald’s and Pizza Hut are a 15 minute walk from the house. It takes between 20-30 minutes walk to get into the town centre depending which way you go. And it’s a 10 minute walk to the university students union. The house is very close to several bus stops. And only a 7 minute drive to the train station.
