Lodger required for peaceful home in Central Loughborough. Sharing with owner and two rescue dogs. Successful applicant needs to have experience of living with dogs (that shed ie not allergic) and be okay in a home with house plants and fresh flowers.
The bedroom that is available is a large single which has a queen size bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe/hanging space, desk, bookshelves, two chairs and a pinboard.
The large bathroom has a bath and separate level access shower, sink and WC. The are two reception rooms and a hallway. The kitchen and pantry are well equipped with induction hob, two ovens, airfryer, microwave, food processor, bread maker, washing machine etc. The garden is a lush green oasis with seating and a pond. There is onstreet residents permit parking.
Rent includes utility bills, council tax, WiFi, various TV streaming services. Plus surplus home grown vegetables from the allotment.
The town centre is a few minutes walk away as is local parks, the canal towpath (which takes you out to open countryside within 30 minute walk). The weekly markets and 3 supermarkets are a couple of minutes walk away. As are the bus stops which will get you to the train station, University, countryside or local villages within 10 minutes or so; and Leicester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Derby and London are all a train or bus ride away.
