My name is Caroline and have looked after the house with my husband for 12 Year’s during which time it has been home to many post-graduate students from many different countries.

and maintained to a very high standard. Large open-plan kitchen-diner with French windows overlooking maintained garden.
Downstairs cloakroom with hand basin and second toilet.
The house is fitted with a contemporary new bathroom, featuring high quality limestone tiles and designer units.

Double glazing/gas central heating/full gas and electricity safety certificates. Integrated fire alarm system.
Off road parking for one car
Low carbon features -
We have recently had new loft and cavity wall insulation, making the house warmer and bills cheaper in the winter + we source our energy from octopus who aim to provide all their electricity from renewable sources.
