My name is Caroline and have looked after the house with my husband for 12 Year’s during which time it has been home to many post-graduate students from many different countries.

The house is fitted with a contemporary new bathroom, featuring high quality limestone tiles and designer units.

We have recently had new loft and cavity wall insulation, making the house warmer and bills cheaper in the winter + we source our energy from octopus who aim to provide all their electricity from renewable sources.

ps Many students ask how much extra the gas and electric bill costs. The answer is between £30/£40 per person pcm depending on season and level of use. These figures are based on what the students have actually paid this year. Hope this helps
