Double bed room

I have a spacious 3-bedroom semi detached house with a garden and I'm looking to rent out one of my two guest rooms.

The available room is the smaller of the two, with a comfortable double bed. It's a little compact, which is reflected in the lower rent. I may also consider renting out the larger guest room for a slightly higher rent if that's of interest. There are two toilets.

The house has a slightly nerdy feel, making it a great place for someone who appreciates a relaxed and welcoming home. There is off-road parking available on the driveway, and the house is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours.

I'm looking for a lodger who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
