Small Room for Rent Countryside Double Bed Furnish

Small bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, underbed storage and drawers. We are looking to put a tv and xbox in this room so you can access Netflix etc.
There is also an ethernet hi speed cable wired from downstairs to the bedroom for fast Internet speeds if needed.
Bath towel and hand towel provided for your stay, along with all bedding (Brand new and still in packaging, your deposit covers the cost of these bedding items and they are yours to take with you of wanted when you move out).
Council tax band B
Bills included; electric, gas, tv licence, broadband, Netflix, now TV, water rates.
Cupboard shelf, fridge shelf and freezer compartment for your own food shopping.
Use of the washing machine and dryer, please use your own detergent.
Shared use of bathroom, kitchen, living room and back/front gardens.

We are a professional working couple, we have 1 dog, 3 cats and 1 gecko. I have sisters and nephews that pop round quite often.
I'm Vegan and my partner is Vegetarian, although we do not eat meat we would have no issue with someone buying and cooking their own for meals - as long as they cleaned up after themselves and practised good hygiene.
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, doesn't mind animals being around them and is a non-smoker.

We are looking to rent our room out to a professional or working individual. Monday - Friday. Or to a student who requires the room during the week only.

We may be able to consider weekend stays on an adhoc basis. We both work different shifts, I'm up at 7am and back from work by 6pm. My partner works from 2pm - 10pm. We are usually in bed by 11-11:30 pm and can only apologise in advance if we wake you or disturb your evening.
Weekends available after discussion.

Bedroom is due to be redecorated, this is reflected in the price.

If you are interested in renting this room short or long term please contact me to discuss. I will have a short contract of agreement to be signed that outlines timings of when best to use bathroom / kitchen facilities and the expectations we have of yourself and likewise you would expect from us. This will include a rent book and inventory of items you may take with you and the items that must stay in the bedroom /my property.
Rent is expected weekly on a Monday, this can be cash or bank transfer.
