There is also one main family bathroom on this floor that has been recently re-tiled with a walk in shower.
I use the University Gym pool/sauna facilities daily so the bathroom would be only used by the Tennant.
The huge open plan kitchen / diner on the ground floor makes this the heart of the house, with a built-in breakfast bar and stools included, as well as space for a dining table and chairs. The kitchen benefits from ample storage and cupboard space, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Modern touches like double glazing, shutters and central heating throughout.
The garden area is maintained to enjoy the "summer" weather, and includes a garden table and chairs set, which are stored in the secure shed over the winter months. There is also room in the double garage for bike storage.
Property is shared with Live in Landlord and partner who also has her own property. We are both based in the Office Mon-Friday and spend a lot of our spare time in the local gym (Leicester University) 10 mins away. The house is therefore unoccupied for 70% of the time. We are friendly outgoing professionals who enjoy travelling and finer things in life 😊
