light double room, with a 3-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with table lamp and a TV on the wall, I have two bathrooms, one upstairs shower room with toilet and basin, downstairs bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, large range cooker, shared use of fridge, double cupboard in the kitchen for storage. I have a dining area off the kitchen before the conservatory. The lounge has a multifuel burner which is alight from October until May, nice and cosy in winter My garden has a patio with a sofa and 2 chairs and a coffee table, then there is a grass area with a pond, then a graveled area with a swing seat, bench and a table and chairs for two. The house is in a cul-de-sac, so quiet, about 1 mile from Oakham. MY tenant must like dogs, I have 2 Jack Russells who are friendly.
