Large double room available in a modern 2-bedroom house in Ratby.
The house was built in 2025 and would be shared with just one other person. The bedroom is a good-sized double at approximately 4.5m x 2.74m (14'9" x 9'0").
The room is currently unfurnished, however I’m happy to help furnish it depending on what the person moving in needs, for example a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. This also gives you some flexibility to bring your own furniture if preferred.
You’ll have full use of the shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom and garden, as well as your own driveway parking space.
£625 per month, including all bills – gas/electric, water, council tax and broadband.
I’m looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going professional. Ideally someone sociable and friendly but also independent and respectful of each other’s space. It’s a relaxed home rather than a busy house share.
The room is for one person and is available for full-time living.
£500 deposit.
