I am a live in landlord looking to rent out my spare double room it currently has a double bed in the room and blinds. Would need a wardrobe and tele if required, I can sort a wardrobe if needed. I have an ensuite and the main bathroom is next to the double room. I would occasionally be using this but not much. I am a smoker but only outside. I work Mon - Friday. So ideally someone who doesn’t come into the house early hours. Ideally looking for a female to rent the room. Use of the full house including the lounge which has Netflix etc also provided, will have full cupboard space in the kitchen and use of fridge and freezer.
