Newly Furnished Double Room. Located just off Junction 23 (M1) 4 miles from Loughborough University and 7 miles from East Midlands Airport. Access to all major roads M1, M42 A50 and A52. There is a bus stop located just 5 minutes walk that travels to Loughborough every 20 minutes or so.
I am an easy-going, tidy individual who enjoys going to the gym some evenings, I love to cook for myself and others :)
I am looking for a honest, tidy individual who will respect my home :)
