Close to Train station (to Leicester, Leicester university, Loughborough, Loughborough university, Nottingham city centre, and park way station) and also 1/2 hourly buses, go to Quorn, Barrow upon Soar then Loughborough town/ university.

Also walking distance to doctors, to dentist, to takeaways, to 3 pubs. To Library, and shops, and nature walks.

You must be an animal lover, we have 3 lovely cats, lol. and no smoking indoors please, I'm asthmatic.

Space for a bicycle, or parking available at front of property.

Double room upstairs is now available with toilet and shower room next door.
It's a long thin room, so there's space for small a desk, if needed, and Storage in the ottoman double bed, plus a double wardrobe.

cleaning is bi weekly, we do that, and will include your room if wanted. Food is not included,  WiFi and bills are included.

Our home is situated in Sileby, the outskirts of Loughborough, so Having your own transport is useful, but not necessary.
However if you're working/travelling daily to the surrounding areas of Loughborough. Ie: Shepshed etc. then you Will need a car.

By car, it's 20 minutes away from East Midlands airport, easy access to the A46 leading to Nottingham or Leicester, in addition 21, minutes away to the M1 junction 23. Plus driving to Bradgate park, for nice days out.
