Double room to let

I’m Rob, I have a 3 bedroom house and have a Double room to let in the pretty village of Woodhouse eaves, near Loughborough. With a bus stop, Loughborough to Leicester at the end of the drive if needed.

This double bedroom is furnished with use of a modern bathroom with bath and shower.

There is shared use of the kitchen, dining room and lounge and outside there is lovely garden, with three patios and summerhouse/office with views for 20 miles.

The area is most relaxing with excellent leisure and wellness activities with walks or cycling to Bradgate park, beacon hill, Swithland reservoir, Swithland woods, all very close. There are four good country restaurants, shops, doctors, pharmacy, hairdressers etc. in the village.

I’ll be living here some of the year, though definitely travelling every autumn and winter.
