Your ensuite comprises of a shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and accessories including bath mats, soap dish, toilet brush holder etc.
The modern fitted kitchen has everything you need for cooking and storing your food. All utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses and more are provided for all tenants to make use of. There is plenty of storage, two fridges and a large freezer. A washer and separate dryer is also provided for all of your laundry needs.
After a long day it's sometimes nice to unwind and socialise with your other housemates. So we have included a communal living area with enough seating for everyone, a coffee table and a large 43 inch flat screen tv.
Outside, there is a spacious zero maintenance outside area at the rear of the house. It has seating so that you can relax and eat outside during the warmer months.
The house is double glazed and centrally heated throughout and all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the rent price. To help keep the house is a good condition the shared areas of the house are cleaned twice a month.
There is on-street parking, with a permit, available to the front of the property.
