Our studios have a comfortable double or king size bed for a great nights sleep, centrally located and close to all the shops, restaurants and venues of Cleethorpes, and with good local parking availability, a new, fully equipped kitchen and modern fitted shower rooms they are well placed to suit your accommodation needs.

We have a bi-weekly cleaner who cleans the communal areas and kitchen for your comfort and cleanliness. The property has an EPC rating of C, council tax band B (included in the monthly rent) and has recently been fitted with a new boiler and fan assisted radiators.

Every studio has the advantage of fully equipped kitchenette with integral fridge, microwave, kettle and wash basin, as well as a dedicated desk space to work, built in clothing storage, SMART TV and four of the larger units also have a dining table with two chairs.

Each en-suite shower room benefits from newly fitted shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail and LED mirror. Towels are included.

On-street Parking is available in neighbouring streets

The communal area features a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, double sink and fridge for easy meal preparation. it is great place to to relax and socialise with your co-living neighbours. We also have two washing machines, tumble dryer, communal iron and ironing board for your benefit.

Our studios are subject to license to occupy for a minimum term of 3 months, with all utility charges, housekeeping, local taxes and WiFi included within the rental fee - the longer you stay the more economical they become.

The rent includes:

We kindly request a holding deposit equal to two weeks' rent whereupon we will commission a referencing check prior to signing of the agreement. Failure to pass referencing will result in your deposit refunded, less the cost of referencing. Prior to move in, a security deposit is required, equal to one month’s rent as well as the first month’s payment in advance. Rent is payable weekly thereafter.
