Under New Management - No Bond Required!

Situated just off Isaac's Hill we currently have one room with en-suite in a smart shared house on Bursar Street, Cleethorpes, ideal for Cleethorpes town centre and major bus routes.

The property has undergone a light refurbishment and currently offers 4 single rooms and 1 double room.

The rooms offer en-suite wc and shower facilities and a fridge is provided in all rooms.

Additionally there is a communal fully-equipped modern kitchen.

This is likely to suit professional people requiring decent private accommodation with the advantage of shared house rents.
