Double room for rent short to long term

I have a double room for rent located in a quiet estate in Gainsborough. The room is in a 3 bedroomed house. There is a bed, a mattress and mattress cover but you will need to bring your own beddings. I will consider short term or long term stays. The price is £400 per month. Note that this includes bills.

There is a garden and parking so if you drive you can use the parking space. There is a train station and petrol station 0.2 miles from the house. There is a train and a bus service to Lincoln every hour and a train to Sheffield every hour.
