Rooms to rent in peaceful & mature household

I have two fully furnished rooms available, one double and one single, in neat, tidy, and mature shared households in the centre of Grantham.

Both houses are located close to the Meres Leisure Centre, just off Trent Road and Dysart Road in Grantham, and are just a 15 min walk to the town centre or a 5 minute bus
journey on a regular route. For those with a car there is free parking available and we are situated close to the A1.

Amenities at both houses include a communal living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine and tumble dryer), bathroom with a shower and a good-sized, well-maintained garden with room to store a bicycle.

Local amenities within 5 minutes walk include a doctors surgery, pharmacy, off license, gym/leisure centre, football ground, bingo hall and a good fish and chip shop!

I am the live-in landlord at House 1 (see photos) but I am rarely there as I work long hours. I have lived in Grantham since 2004, but I am originally from Mongolia. I like to keep a nice, tidy and peaceful household. I am looking to rent the rooms to a professional person who is ideally over the age of 25 and who would appreciate a mature household (quiet, peaceful, tidy).

House 2 is located on Beechcroft Road and the room available is a large double with patio doors leading straight out onto a large and well-maintained garden (with a chill out decking area).

I do not accept pets. Smokers are welcome but smoking is only permitted in the garden. Couples are welcome in the double room for an extra £60 per month. I welcome all races, nationalities and religions.

The minimum tenancy length is ideally 6 months with a two-week notice period.

Rent prices are as follows:

House 1 - single room - £260 including bills
House 2 - double room - £280 including bills for one person, £340 including bills for a couple
