Relaxed Home

You are welcome to stay providing you keep your room tidy and clean bathroom & kitchen after use. It’s just common decency to not expect others to clean your mess and to respect someone’s home. I don’t tolerate anyone who expects others to clean up after them (we all have busy lives). Most decent people do leave shared areas clean; if you are not capable to do so, this is not the place for you.
No food or drinks in bedrooms; there is a dining table downstairs.
My home is also my pets home; please don’t exclude them. They are friendly and will come greet you.

There will be additional charges throughout the winter; if you’re wanting the heating on for longer than what I set it for.
